network share
BeantwortetI have an ASUS router (AC-RT66U) in which a USB stick can be plugged in and I have registered it for SAMBA . ((devicename WILLOW and usb stickname Atom and the files are in the root. I can find the stick and music files via my macbook. However, he cannot find anything to connect it to bluesound. My macbook and Bluesound are on the same network. I enter the Bluesound app \\WILLOW\Atom in. But \\WILLOW/Atom\ also not funtion. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Hein
Please review your router documentation to ensure when using file-sharing via USB, it supports SMB 2.1 or higher. Many routers in this generation only supported SMB 1.0 which has a number of security issues and has been discontinued by BluOS and most other Windows File Sharing compliant platforms. Perhaps ASUS has issued an update for the router firmware.
