My local music library is gone after changing to a new router.

After upgrading to a new router and connecting through ethernet cable to my vault 2 my music library is gonna. I have checked the internal harddrive and nothing is found. When I am connecting my external drive with the backup files, I can't seem to get the backup files moved to the vault again - no matter how I try. Any suggestions to what else I can do?

And why all the music is gone after changing to another router?

  Sorry to hear that, you can try a hard reset and if that dosen`t work then you can request the firmware and re-flash your vault that should do it. It sounds like you had a glitch glad to hear you still have your files.
