Switching to Earc signal

Is it possible for the Soundbar + to automatically switch to the incoming earc signal? It will now only switch to normal arc but not the other way around when earc is up again. Everytime this happens I must go to the app and do it manually.

  There should be no difference. Please ensure in the Settings menu under Player, Customise Sources, HDMI that Auto Sense is enabled. If it is, consult your television documentation for CEC troubleshooting.

  Thanks for the reply! Auto sense is enabled. I got a Samsung qled tv with latest software. Every setting is checked and cec is enabled + input signal plus enabled for the hdmi port.

  Still after 2 years when playing Spotify and after that turing on the TV it still not switching to the (e)Arc port. 
  Please mention it to the tech support.

  Remco, please use the BluOS App to submit a support ticket immediately after expecting the audio to switch to ARC. This way Bluesound will receive the logs from your Soundbar+
