Devices do not show up in iOS

One month ago I updated my Pulse SoundBar, (2) Node 2, PowerNode 2, and Pulse Mini 2 and it no longer shows up in my BluOS app on my iPhone.  I have restarted the devices, restarted the modem/switch that it is hardwired into and I can't seem to get it to show up.  I've had these products since 2018 with the same setup and had not had issues connecting to them. I have tried to delete and re-install the app as well.  Any suggestions?

  iPhone and Ipad are on the same network.  I can see the devices on the router and ping them.  Also, they can be accessed via a MS Desktop. They no longer show up across iOS devices.  All cables have been verified as working.

  I toggled the mutli-cast channel isolation toggle and it seems have worked. Thank you for your help
