BP100 battery pack for Pulse Flex 2i never working
BeantwortetI've had the BP100 battery pack for a year now. It has never functioned well. After purchasing it (via official Bluesound dealer), I couldn't get it to work. The dealer checked everything and the conclusion was that the connection at the back of the Pulse Flex 2i was faulty. So my Pulse was taken into repair and a few weeks later I got it returned. And indeed: the battery pack connected. For a few times. After the summer, I didn't use the battery pack for some time, and recently I wanted to take the Pulse outside again. And the same issue is still present: there is no way I get the battery pack to operate. It is connected in the right way ('click'), the battery is charged, but the Pulse doesn't 'see' it. Also in the app, the battery is not visible.
How can this be solved? The battery pack looked like a smart investment, but I haven't had any luck with it yet...
