Soundbar+ Volume very low
BeantwortetI just got my new Soundbar+, installed it, did the latest firmware installation, and set it all up. Now when playing movie or music, the volume is considerably lower than my previous Soundbar 2i. Even when I max out the volume, I would estimate it is giving a volume of about 1/4th of the Soundbar 2i volume level.
Any idea what the issue is?

I‘m experiencing the same issue: volume is much lower if source is my TV connected via HDMI-eARC vs. streaming directly via TIDAL. Difference is extreme! Shall I wait and hope for a solution?

the problem has existed for 5 months, Atmos does not work, Sub is much too quiet and a separate WLAN for the rear speakers does not work either. Simply put, scrap and customer fraud.

I bought a new bar and sub, same problem here and also the sub not sync proper with the pulsebar. Cant belive what a expansive it is and bad quality

It's been half year since the issue was reported, and I think all people watching this thread are awaiting any answer. You have confirmed that there is and issue, and committed to solve it "in future updates". Could you please at least give some information when the "future update" will happen approximately? Half year should be enough time to react.
I can understand that you are probably working on releasing new devices etc., but your attitude with regards to the problem solving puts you in bad light in front of the customers.

I’ve been on the fence with buying Bluesound product (Soundbar+, Sub+ and Powernode) with the comments in this thread. Did the new firmware fix the issues everybody was reporting above?

Yes, I am happy with the firmware update. It's a totally different sound now. Still not sure why the new soundbar was released before being ready, but it's working great now,

I confirm. It's now working as expected. In addition to volume corrections, bass is also better. Completely different experience after the software update.

this is great to hear. Agreed that the fix took a while and the communication was spotty but kudos to the team for making it right
