BluOS MDD v1 card no longer saving settings

Had an issue a few days ago where my M12 threw an error stating the boot failed and it would then shutdown. I manually flashed it to the current firmware which resolved the problem.

Whilst that fixed the boot issue on the M12, a new issue popped up where the BluOS device keeps resetting to factory settings. I've manually flashed the MDD card, but without success.

Every time I turn off my M12 pre amp the settings are lost and I have to run the setup again to bring the BluOS card back onto my "BluOS network". I'm lucky that I have other devices on my network as I'd imagine a full library index would also be needed. Wondering if my card is toast? I'm a bit annoyed that this has such a short lifespan given the price.
