Grouped two Mini 2i's to a stereo pair... wow!
BeantwortetHello,
This is not really a support-related question, hope I'm not wasting anyone's time.
I thought long and hard whether I should add a second Pulse Mini 2i speaker in my smaller room in my apartment. I was enjoying the sound of the Mini, but to be honest, it was especially the convenience I liked most (grouping it to my main NAD C368 system in my living room, and transferring music back/forth). It didn't help I could only place it in one corner of the room, so could not place it strategically in a center position.
I tried to imagine what kind of improvement a second one (stereo pair) would make, sonically speaking, but found it hard to imagine. When I could get one for a good price, I decided to just try it.
And... wow... what a difference. I'm really enjoying the music now much more than before. Yes, really enthusiastic now. I want to keep listening. And of course, still that convenience of an app-controlled wi-fi based speaker setup.
So, it could be a tip for someone: if you are looking to improve the enjoyment of a Bluesound wi-fi speaker, consider adding a second one. The difference is much bigger than I had expected. YMMV of course.
Regards, Vincent
