Although it's not a high res. stream my wife loves Sirius and this made her very happy. We have a Vault 2i and a Bluesound Professional B400S for whole house audio and SiriusXM is a GREAT addition.

As always with any Music Service - Authorisation Failed means a problem with the account. It could be a certificate expires;
- In Music Services - logout
- In Help, Diagnostics - Reboot
- Once restarted, in Music Services, log back in

Hi Tony - thank you. I tried this, and I also chatted with Sirius customer service. My account is fine, it's active, I use it in my car all the time. I just installed an update of Bluesound app on my computer and the problem is persistent...

Zachary, you may be signed in on another device and someone is using the account. This happened to me so I had to get my friend to sign out of the other device I was using elsewhere.
