    Strange... my NAD M10 is running 3.14.2 as well and I'm not experiencing that issue. If you haven't already done it I would suggest a power-cycle, ie. unplug from the wall, wait a few minutes and then plug it back in.

    Same as Skip here. Did not notice less output, I even thought it was slightly louder after the update ...

    I'm having the exact same issue with the NAD c368. Not entirely sure as of which update though, but roughly a decrease of 10 steps in output. Unplugged from wall socket but does not seem to help.

    Bluos reset seemed to have resolved the issue for me 🙂🙏

    It went back to lower db output levels again and resetting doesn't seem to work anymore.U

    Unfortunately having lots of troubles with bluos/tidal integration ('failed to connect to server' issues in both blue app and through Tidal connect) and db output levels after recent updates :(

    I'll contact bluos crew, but wondering if I'm the only one or multiple people having same issues.
