    @Jim If only there was a true alternative for the NAD C685...  I'd have made the switch immediately because of this issue. The lack of communication regarding this issue from Tony is ridiculous. He should be held accountable for this, as the product support manager.

    No response from the "Product Support Manager" for 1 year. This means there is no product support.

    I solved the issue by gave up. I stopped using bluos product for multiple sources.

    No expectation, no problem.
