I purchased a 2020 Macbook Pro, previously used an outdated iMac.  Previously beautiful performance, no audio hiccups when using iTunes/Music and no delays when streaming from YouTube.  

Now I have both problems.  The only difference was my change to brand new Macbook.

I recently upgraded to fiber-optic Internet service, it's a screamer.  But still, the audio hiccups when I play from the library, and there is almost a second of delay between Youtube video and the audio.  Have read up on what I could find in your knowledge base, am coming to you with my hat in hand for help.  Please?

  Hi Terrel

  Chances are the issue is with your MacBook Pro - contact Apple Support to reset your Network Adapter or Bluetooth connection if you are connecting that way (sounds like you are if you are using YouTube).
