Javascript error message on BluOs iMac desktop startup

Any thoughts on how to resolve this error message please? If I click "OK" I get through to the app and can use it fully (I think), but the error message is annoying and something must be not right? Thanks

  Please drag the BluOS App to the Trash, empty the trash and restart your Macbook. Download a new copy from www.bluesound.com/downloads and install that.

  If problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.

  Hi Tony, thanks for your reply - but, your comment relates to a Macbook; my issue is on an iMac. I don't know how to drag the BluOs app to the bin - when I try that - it just suggests removal from the dock, but then doesn't actually do anything??

  Hi Stephen - the process is the same for an iMac as a MacBook as they both run macOS - you will have to drag it from the Applications Folder in Finder to Trash.
