Cant play music Bluethooth Pulse Flex 2I

I have a iphone and i connect my phone with bleuthoot to the box.
In Spotify i see the music its started play but it doesnt give any sound. 
I use the box with battery pack on the camping with no wifi connection.

Have somebody else this problem to?

  Hello Robin, 

  I would imagine either the volume is too low or your FLEX is not set to switch automatically to the BT source for playback and you will need to manually switch it via the app (which requires a network connection). 

  The FLEX as a Smart Home IoT device is intended to be connected to the network and we do not recommend using it without such an internet connection.

  Hmm if the box is connect to wifi it work. If the box not connected to wifi it dont work.

  Must the box need InternetConnection to use Bleuthoot?
