BlUOSController bug

I run BlueOs on an iPad,controlling BlueSound Node 2i.
Every few days, while I am listening to music, the entire contoller loses its connection to the Player. (The  Wifi Router is nearby.. I checked the signal strength is good). I have rebooted the device, by unplugging, Tried to see if it is broadcasting its WiFi (No, it is not). The *only* way to make this work is to physically reset the device (by holding the play/pause button etc).. re-install BlueOS (yes!), search out the device and set it up as though I am setting it up the first time. This happens about once a week and is very annoying

  I have also send out an Support request a while ago, no response yet..
