    Hi Barrington

    Temporarily disconnect your NODE and move it so as you can connect it directly to your home gateway router via a wired connection. Verify your connection is working then and you are on the latest firmware using the App by selecting Help, About and Help Check for Update.

    You really should only be using USB updates as the last resort as our recommend upgrade method is either the prompted update or by checking for update in the App.
