Album covers gone

Hope someone can help-My laptop shut down( I have my Bluos on my HP computer and my HTC 10 android phone,and now the art work/album covers have gone except for a very few,some with the wrong cover for the album.Thank you

Hi Bjorn/Bluesound,Thank you very much!- the album art is back! But can I ask a few things? About the Bluesound Vault 2,I had been unplugging it from the power and rebooting and then unplugged(again) for a few seconds,plugged back in whilst holding down the top red "play " arrow" till it stayed red then flickered green.After that,in looking for players message said update or upgrade in progress.This message stayed on for a couple of hours,not doing anything,until I pressed the message and then it said "upgrade or update aborted" So I don't know if I've missed an update! As to the reinstated album art-a few are the wrong album/cover.All my music on my Bluesound is from my ripped cds.This "Five Day Week Straw People" is in the Vault, both as a blank cover as well as this album art shown.Hope you can help.Otherwise,the Bluesound Vault2 is fantastic! Hello Tony,
Sounds like you put it into upgrade mode when you held down the pause/play button. If, in the BluOS app under Help > Check for Upgrade, it says 'no update available', you should be good to go. The currently installed firmware can also be checked under Help > About.
