C700 Display Problem

My C700 got a display problem when the player is working around 10 to 20 mins, the display will misalignment and split in half. I have to reboot to resolve the problem but still happened after 10 to 20 mins. Even did the factory reset still cannot fix the problem. May i know is any solution to fix this issue?
