NAD T778 Will not work

Blue OS controller not found on either Nata receiver, or iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have done a system reboot on the devices. I have done this several times I even contact did my Internet provider and they walked me through a few troubleshooting steps, but aren't able to take me further because it's a third-party software. I'm reaching out to you after several attempts of making phone calls and sending emails I would like to figure out a way that this can work it was working fine then I got the new Verizon 5G home and I'm having all these problems connecting please help
