BLUOS controller not installing in Windows 11 Pro

Dear Support,
After updating the windows controller app to the latest version (v3.20.5)  I'm not able to open the BluOS-controller. See attached screendump.
Uninstalled the update, rebooted the PC, installed again with the same result. (I had recently changed a storage disk and had not since used bluos)
Can you please assist?
