POWERNODE 2021 - Loud Popping and rumbling from sub

Hello,

I bought a PowerNode 2021 (new model) In July 2021 from Severnoaks HiFi in the UK.  When changing sources (Spotify to Radio to Bluetooth to HDMI) I get  very loud series of pops and very loud rumbling from the sub. I have deduced that the fault is not from the KEF KC62 sub and it's from the sub output from the PowerNode.

Please advise how I can get this resolved as I'm concerned it may damage the sub and it's worsening.

  Hi Christopher

  You will not damage your sub-woofer. What you are hearing is a capacitor discharge but not harmful to your sub. Please continue to monitor the thread you cited for updates as they become available.
