    ...but the DNS Server might not be.

    Please reboot your router to clear your DNS Router cache. Wait 5 minutes, then reboot your BluOS Player. Then wait 5 more minutes and try again. If problems persist or return, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew  may review your log file.
