Help! Vault 2i CD eject failed now light stays red
BeantwortetHi. I just got a Vault 2i and started ripping my library. Everything was working great until I put in a CD that it could not read. I followed the instructions to eject the CD from another support article. First I tried through Settings, Ripping, Eject CD on the app. This did not work. Then I tried the hardware eject method. I unplugged the library, waited 5 sec, then plugged it back in and pressed the Play/Pause button for 5 sec. The CD still did not eject, and now the light stays red all the time. When I look in the app it says Step 1 of 3 Downloading, but the status bar never moves. What happened?

Your VAULT is in upgrade mode. You can safely unplug it., wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in. If the CD does not eject or the LED does not return to solid blue within 30 seconds of rebooting, please e-mail support@bluesound.com and our Support Crew will be happy to help.
