    To better assist you, we recommend that you send a support ticket to our support team at support@bluesound.com. Alternatively, you can submit a support request through the BluOS app by going to Help > Send Support Request. This will help us gather more information about your system and identify the root cause of the dropouts.

    Once we receive your support ticket, a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to help troubleshoot the issue and find a solution. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
