    Hello, I do have the same problem. Is there already a working solution. It is so annoying to the point that I already plugged out my flex 2i rear speakers when I watch a movie. Thanks

    Mine is recently send to the Bluesound repair center, it should be back this or next week. It had something to do with the HDMI they said.

    After all they send it to the Bluesound center in Denmark where they completely renewed the HDMI part inside. And that finally helped.

    Too bad it came damaged back (....) they probably dropped it. But the guy (Edwin) from Hifi Klubben Apeldoorn was so kind to give me a complete new soundbar! Great service.

    Okay, thank you, that's great to hear. Maybe this will solve our problems as well. I will write a ticket to bluesound directly. Nobody from bluesound seems to respond here anymore.

    Hello,

    After the update to Bluos 4 the issue was mysteriously resolved. In return I got some minor issues back although the Home Cinema mode is working much better.

    In regard to the HDMI-solution: I also had this issue with a previous version of the soundbar without hdmi.

    Unfortunately after the last bluos-update problems got worse again. Surprisingly, this time while playing music through Spotify: flex start to stutter and after a while music stops completely.
