    Hi Valdas

Broken pipes are usually caused by problematic streams or poor network signal strength. Try a different stream quality; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000261928 or select Help, Send Support Request in the App to troubleshoot your network.

Further more I have contacted everyone involved in regards to broken pipe and so far jazzgroove, TuneIn and Bluesound pointing in someone else's direction ref to streaming break issue.

Thank you Tony, I may confused matters a little. I know lower quality streams work fine, but it's very noticeable in soundstage also. I think jazzgroove.org would amazing addition to the list appreciated by many.

If JazzGroove.org has a streaming URL available - and they may help you out locating that on their website... perhaps you can make a custom station in TuneIn.

    Here's how; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360042467894

A lot of stations like this offer them and usually at higher sample rates than 96kbps often offered by TuneIn

I have made custom stations via tunein and yet still flac stream stops after 10-12 minute increment. I have seen a separate thread on this that it maybe resolved by bluos? Has this been applied by any chance in this current update for the streamers? I'm yet to test it.

Since update for both of my Node2i'S (received and installed today)

I have now tested both #1 and #2 FLAC jazzgroove.org streams and they both running well, finally!! I cannot stress enough how greatful I am to bluos team for resolving this. Much appreciated! Best wishes to all!

Yes, as I mentioned in that thread, please update to BluOS 4.0.2. All resolved.

Hi Tony, all of the evidence I see suggests the issue adding a "Custom Station (aka URL)," is blocked by BluOS not The Jazz Groove.

Using BluOS 4.2.0 on iPhone, as you see in this video, following your instructions, there is no "Add Custom Station" option.

Further, below is a message from you from a couple of days ago suggesting the feature is not available. Additionally, when adding a FLAC URL, according to Chris R from BlueSound, users are blocked due to a BlueSound issue that was acknowledged on May 12th.

Based on this and other forums, hundreds if not more would like to be able to use the "Add A Custom Station" option - do you have accurate/updated instructions or is the option broken?

    Thanks for your help!!!  JJ
