The audio clips in PowerNode 2i and is connected via HDMI eArc cabel from a Samsung TV (model QE65Q90TATXXC)

When I am using Spotity, the audio is perfect...
Someone who has the same problem?

Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable? Please confirm if the HDMI cable you are using is a "Certified HDMI Cable".

Hi Jan,
Had similar issue and have been told to go in the TV audio settings and ensuring that the HDMI output is set to PCM/PCM Stereo format. That is because our Bluesound Players will only process/decode PCM/PCM Stereo audio format.
