What to do with my Pulse mini
BeantwortetI had problems with my Bluesound pulse mini: No power and no lights. Tried a new cable and left it unplugged for 24 hours but neither was the problem.
I’d heard I should hold the play-button for several seconds……..so I did and something changed but not in the good: The blue light was visible again but no connectivity nor responding. Even when I unplugged it from power the blue light remained for several seconds. So I sent it to my dealer, he checked it and came with the outcome that the NMB board has to be replaced: Costs € 540
I have another pulse mini, pulse flex, pulse and two nodes in my house but I am afraid now how long these will last so Bluesound - crew: do I really have to deal with this? Less than 5 years old putting it to the scrap-yard already or is there some guaranty/ coulance from Bluesound?
