Mac BlueOS Controller 3.20.3
BeantwortetThe latest update 3.20.3 breaks the Mac controller again. It loses sync with the player and a Java error message randomly pops up. Once the sync is lost, it either displays the wrong track playing or the play section at the bottom is blank/disabled.

Thanks for your patience.

That answer relates to the controller on Windows, the issue I raised is on Mac OS. I have temporarily reverted back to the previous version 3.20.2 which seems to work ok.

Hi Terry
Same problem - in MacOS, the folder you are looking for is ~/Library/Applications Support. It is hidden so you must use the Go menu in Finder.

Thanks Tony.
I've cleared the cache folder and gone back up to 3.20.3 and so far so good.

I have the same problem. Do I deleted the whole cache data folder under the cache folder?

Yes delete the Cache_Data folder (that is under BluOS Controller/Cache). It then gets recreated when you next open the App.

I emptied it but that didn’t work so I reinstalled the app. Nothing yet so maybe that fixed it. Thanks
