Support for Indexing issues - sorry but needs to be resurrected

    I see you currently have a series of Requests with us. I have escalated your issue to a level 3 Support Crew Champion who will be in touch regarding your unique issue.

    Really quickly, we support UTF8 but understand how classical music can be tricky.

    Hello Tony,

    After some protracted time I have resolved the issue around Wagners Ring Box sets. I beleive I did notify the support crew of this a few hours ago.

    The issue still remains of the difficulty resolving this sort of problem without suitable diagnostics. It seams Bluesound have rather left those of us who could make use of these diagnostics to our own devices.

    However thank you for replying to me here. Uploading CDs each time there is an indexing issue isn't really a practical solution.
