HDMI issue Bluesound Powernode Edge N230

I recently bought the N230 and connected it via HDMI to my Philips Oled (65OLED806).
All of the systems have the latest software updates and I'm using a quality HDMI cable.
I tried different settings also, in the TV set and also the BluOS app.
- problem 1, HDMI TV sound cuts off +- every 20 min or so, but comes back after 2 - 3 seconds or so.
- If I'm using only the Bluesound and the TV is off, then after listening an hour or so. I see the application switches to HDMI for no reason.
I specifically bought this set for the usage of the HDMI part otherwise I could connected it via optical, but this is not what I want.
Anyone have tips for this issue?
