Why is Qobuz so achingly slow compared to other devices?
I’ve just bought a Powernode Edge and found accessing Qobuz services via the iOS and Windows 11 apps achingly slow: so slow it makes it impractical to actually use them. I was trying to tolerate this as maybe a Qobuz failing, but today bought a £80 Wiim Mini and on comparing find Qobuz indexing and play instantaneous. It seems to me crazy that a device costing nearly 10 times the price is ridiculously slow.
An example: I want to play a Qobuz song, so I press Qobuz and have to wait 30 seconds or more for it to load. It sometimes doesn’t include Favourites, so I have to hit back and try again. I then pressed Favourites, often the same wait, and then Show All for albums, another long wait. Scroll more than two pages, another 30 seconds or more, often with no results, meaning backing out and doing it again. And then when I go into an album, often yet another wait, usually resulting in no tracks and yet another retry.
This info caches so becomes quicker but then if I want to play something off another album? Same process as above. It’s completely impractical. Searches often result in no results too, requiring another >30 seconds wait.
I’ve tried changing DNS servers for the Edge to the recommended ones and other things to no avail. I can’t use Ethernet in its location, and bought this device to function as a wireless node. My wifi in this location is in any case impeccable for all other devices, very low latency, no errors and just 3m from a router through which I get a consistent 300Mbps to the internet.
Tidal is also slow (yet instantaneous on the Wiim Mini). Nothing like the horrors of Qobuz though!
Are these problems known to Bluesound, are there any fixes planned, is there anything I can do to make this device in any way usable with Qobuz, or will I have to return it?

I have the same issue with my NAD T778 Qobuz is so very slow to populate when opening the app. Takes about 30 secs and not all categories work first time. Tried different DNS it makes no difference this is a BluOS issue, I dont have issues with any other apps that use the Qobuz Api.
