    When was the last time you performed a complete network reset? If it has been a while, I suggest you do it as soon as you can. If you can't afford to do it in the daytime, I usually do it at night when everyone is down asleep.

    You can also put in DHCP reservations for your Bluesound player.

    If none of the recommendations above helped, I suggest that you send a support ticket using the BluOS app. Sending support tickets using the BluOS app will send us diagnostic logs so that a member of a support team can assess what is going on with your player.
