NAD T758V3i does not connect to Spotify, however, when I use BlueOS app, I can connect to NAD and Spotify

Hopefully, you can assist with resolving this puzzle for me.
I have been using NAD T758V3i for some time now, when I launch the Spotify app on my cellphone, I can see NAD in the list of equipment to connect to, when I try connecting to NAD, the app shows connecting.... and then eventually times out.
However, if I launch BlueOS on my phone and click on Spotify from there, NAD turns on and plays the music with no issues at all.
NAD is configured with Standby 'ON', and I am on the same N/W when using Spotify.
I am using Pixel 6 (Android) for cellphone.
Are you already aware of this bug? Are you planning on addressing this bug, and possibly have a timeline?
