Have you ever connected your headset to your NODE using Bluetooth? You can set the Bluetooth to your NODE to manual and see if that helps. You can also set it to disabled if you don't really use it.

If you need more support, please send a support email to support@bluesound.com

Hope this helps and thanks for #LivingHiFi

Yes, the headset was connected once but is no longer shown under myplayers/player /bt headphones. I disabled bt input, but that does not help and I think has nothing to do with Bluetooth output. I thin it’s just a super annoying bug in the software (like the proximity sensor, which is not working ,too) and for some reason my headset is in some old connection cache and every time I shut it off, it stops playback, which is kind of the standard behaviour when turning off headphones you are actively listening to. The interesting thing is the when I turn it on, it does not even appear under the BT headphone list. So there should be no way the node and the headphone should be interacting…

It sounds like once upon a time, you did pair these headphones to the NODE, maybe as a test. Please see this Help Centre Article to forget these headphones in the BluOS App; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009862794

That did the trick. I reconnected the Phones, let the node forget them and now everything works as it should. Thank you very very much.

    Best regards
