Battery Pack is stuck

Hello, I have my Pulse Flex for several years now. I have added a Battery Pack from the beginning (BP100). Now I have a strange problem: the Battery Pack is stuck. I can't detach it from the Flex. Pressing the button won't help. Do you have any suggestions how to solve this? Many thanks! Tom

  I suggest bringing the device to your local dealer this way no further damage can happen to your device.
