    Hi Tony

    If you log out of Tidal in the MoreMusic menu and then log back in but problems persist, please send us your log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.

    Hi there, I'm having this same issue. I have a BluOS Node 1 hooked up to my NAD T775, Spotify works, Last FM works, Amazon works but Tidal doesn't work.  Tried everything on BlueOS and not sure what to do and also reaching out to Tidal. Please help I'm paying a premium for Tidal and not being able to use it.
