    Hi RG

Please send us your log file so we can identify in more detail why your are still having issues. Select Help, Send Support Request.

We have found in the vast majority of cases, programming your remote to select optical is actually a more accurate solution to what is being asked for when consumers engage auto-sense optical. Please check out; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/206809498 for more details.

Hi Tony W., I have the same problem as the original poster: auto sense doesn‘t switch to optical when there is a signal. This is on a Powernode 2i, while it works perfectly on a Pulse 2. Both on most recent firmware. Is there anything I can try, or can you help? Thanks in Advance, Alex
