C700 no sound for 8 minutes

Hi all,

my 1 year old C700 has no sound output to the speakers for 8 minutes and recover automatically afterwards. Problem occurs several times a day and with Internet radio, bluetooth direct stream from mobile etc. C700 is linked via ethernet cable. VU Meter shows it has connection and got input either from internet or bluetooth. Problem is independent from temp and system shows no failure in Help section. Any idea? I read in other forum that is a know failure mode but have not found a solution proposal or any problem description.
