Blue OS iOS App connection issue

I have a NAD M10 V2. It is connected to my home wifi over a 300 mbps connection. Whenever, I switch on the device, it does not show on my iOS blue OS app. It is quite a struggle to get it on.
Do we know of a fix here and what is it that I am doing wrong.

Do you have wifi extenders and or a mesh network? Have you tried performing a network reboot?

Hello Mark,
Yes, I do use Google (Nest) WiFi Mesh network. It is not that it does not connect at all. It does connect but I have to struggle. Is there a know issue with mesh networks ? Let me reach out to the support team using the BluOS app as well.
