Vault times out or crashes during backup

I was trying to perform a routine backup from my Vault 2i to my new Macbook Air M1 running Ventura 0S13.0.1. I've owned this Vault for years and have never had an issue. But for some reason, it has started pausing mid-backup and can't get restarted, like it is timing out. Sometimes it even crashes completely and the Player itself can't load. I've had to plug and unplug the unit.
Everything should be up to date on the Vault. It's MacOS App 3.20.2 BluOS 3.20.25
I've never had this issue before.

Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may review the log file. Please let them know if you are using the drag-and-drop method or the backup utility in the BluOS App when you submit your request.
