All artwork has vanished...

I realize there are a number of prior posts covering this issue, many of which seem to have been successfully resolved, but, I have already done a full library index rebuild & attempted to re-load artwork numerous times, to no avail. I'm using a Vault 2 with MacOS, Windows, and Android controllers. Please advise on next steps. Thank you.
