TV vs Bluesound vs streaming music

Hi there

I have recently purchased latest powernode paired with passive speakers. I really love the sound and thinking how could I blend this into a humble 2.1 tv system after adding subwoofer as well as listening streaming music. I’m quite new to this and wondering if it would be possible connecting my existing dvd as well. So, what cabling would I need. Also, how would I go selecting between tv, dvd and streaming music using powernode? Is it even practical doing it?
