Can't perform product registration

Have tried to register my newly purchased Powernode on that page (https://www.bluesound.com/registration/) several times through both Chrome and Edge but when hitting the "Submit registration" button nothing happens and I can't proceed. Page doesn't seem to work for me. Can you help?

Congrats on your POWEERNODE.
Your issue has been escalated to our website management team to review. That being said, this will not affect any potential warranty issues.
