    Hi Stu

Check your phone settings and see if you are paired with your Player. Consider a manual rather than an Automatic Bluetooth connection. See www.bluesound.com/bluetooth for more details.

    Hi Tony,

Yes I would not stream using Bluetooth, the Node is connected directly via LAN & the phone is only using the BluOS App as a controller. Certainly no streaming from the phone.

This sudden interruptions with ‘adverts’ has not occurred today however….. I do get songs playing out of order & also simply ‘stopping’ short 🤷‍♂️.

All very unsettling lol. In all honesty I am considering if the Node streamer is a solid enough foundation, I know that sounds like a slur & it is certainly not intended to be & has an extremely good reputation.

However, having only had the streamer for 2-3 weeks & having these problem occur with a hard wired connection I think I am going to have to question if it is the correct streamer for me.

I do not complicate the issue with Alexa connections or anything fancy. Simply BluOS App controlling the Node which is connected directly to the LAN & the Coax out to my DAC from the Node. So there really isn’t much that should be able to go wrong.

Can you give any advice on resetting the player. I REALLY do not want to lose all the music I have saved in playlists etc 🙈

Oh, also….. yes, the Node is Paired with my phone but not ‘connected’ as I use the app only as ‘control’ & do not stream using Bluetooth.
