Vault 2 stuck on red
I have a Vault 2 which has worked well for a number of years.
I returned from holiday to find it was non-responsive with the red light on. I had not initiated an upgrade, but maybe it started one automatically. I have tried to follow the instructions about re-installing firmware using a USB stick but it doesn't respond to that. My network can't see it either.
